Mixed Ages Classes

Mixed Ages classes are for students of all ages and families. Martial Arts is not a "sideline" sport where you only watch as your child participates. Many Black Belt adults began their training as a way to spend quality time with their children,

Mr. Rollinson supervises all Martial Arts training at Alpha. Mixed Ages classes are taught by several of our certified Black Belt Instructors, including Mr. Rollinson. Students have fun as they learn about Martial Arts and participate in challenging, instructive dirlls.
